| Govt sending
more troops for operation, says Bugti JWP chief Nawab Akbar Khan
Bugti has said the 5th military operation has been launched in Balochistan
to pave way for usurpers who are engaged in looting and plundering Baloch
resources. He was speaking to newsmen from an unidentified location
through the satellite phone on Sunday evening.
“Military rulers are committing atrocities, killing Baloch people for
their vested interests,” Nawab Bugti said.
He said that forces were deployed all over the area to force the people to
vacate their native towns and villages so everything could be taken under
the control of the forces.
He said that jets and helicopters were shelling and security forces were
attacking different areas using long-range artillery and other weapons.
He said that according to his information, the Frontier Corps (FC) had
vacated their forts in Jhalawan and levies had been deployed in the area
for guarding FC bases as the government was sending more forces to Marri
and Bugti regions to speed up the military operation. 6.3.06 |
