Nawabzada Brahumdagh Bugti acquitted in illegal arms case

Anti-Terrorism Court-II Quetta headed by Judge Najeebullah Khan here on Saturday sentenced three people to undergo seven years’ rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs 25,000 each for keeping illegal arms.

The convicts were Murad Ali, Bakht Ali and Liaqat Ali while another accused Brahumdagh Bugti, grandson of late-Nawab Akbar Bugti, was acquitted as evidence could not be produced for his involvement in the case. 15.7.07
