Balach Marri demanded equal rights for Balochistan

Talking to Balochistan Express on telephone, Nawabzada Balach Marri demanded of equal rights in order to bring Balochistan at par with other parts of the country in terms of uplift and prosperity.

He also called upon all the nationalist forces to get assembled at one platform forthwith for the best interest of the people of Balochistan. However, he added, the present government was involved in unfair practices in order to stop entry of nationalist elements inside the parliament.

Mir Balach Marri also maintained that the nationalist forces must get united and struggle for securing just rights of the people of Balochistan. He added that under the present Continuation the assemblies could never change the destiny of the Baloch people.

He also said that he has not decided as yet to support which party and will continue as in dependent member in the assembly, he concluded. 15.10.02
Pakistan was created to serve the interests of Punjab only

Since the annexation of Balochistan in Pakistan 53 years ago, smaller nations have been living in a state where they have no equal rights, all they are supposed to do is to serve Punjab in the name of Pakistan. The people and the land of Balochistan have been exploited long enough by the Punjabi Pakistan in the name of development.

If the Punjabi Pakistan keeps on exploiting the people of smaller nations and not giving them equal rights in this country that we call Pakistan, then we the smaller nations have no interest in being a part of a country which doesn’t give us anything except exploitation, misery, poverty and a life of a second class citizen.

If Punjab keeps on exploiting the people like they have been, no one is going to take it any longer, the people now understand what is theirs and they are willing to fight for their rights, If Punjabi Pakistan dose not understand this then they are walking towards the edge of the cliff, they will be responsible for whatever happens.

Unfortunately Punjab has not learned a lesson from the events of 1971, due to such policies Pakistan lost half of its Country, or that was also their policy to get rid of the burden of Bangladesh so Punjab can have the majority in Pakistan and do whatever they pleased because of their majority.

Now once again it is treading the same path, maybe there is still time to fix the wrongs. Punjab should realize the mistakes it has done, and be willing to recognize the rights of smaller nations and shouldn’t force them to pick up their guns to fight for their rights, before it’s too late.

Let Punjab be sure of one thing when the people of smaller nations are left with no other choices then living a life of a slavery or dying for freedom, I am sure there are many who are willing to die then live a life of slavery.

The recent rocket and Bomb attacks in different parts of Balochistan and other Provinces are a warning to Punjab that its policies of exploitation and denial of equal rights to the people of smaller nations are forcing people to take matters in their own hands and go to such extremes to stop the exploitation and make themselves heard.

Let me tell you one thing no nation can be suppressed forever, if Punjab learns to live with its smaller neighbors in harmony and equality then it can live a peaceful life other-wise it will never see a peaceful moment. All Nations Baloch, Pashtoon, Sindhi, Mohajir (Urdu speaking Sindhi) must have the equal rights and representation as the Punjabis in Pakistan till then it is a Punjabi Pakistan.
