Nawab Marri's bail application rejected QUETTA, April 8: The special court for suppression of terrorist activities has rejected the bail application of Nawab Kahir Bukhsh Marri in murder case of Justice Nawaz Marri on Saturday. The lawyers of Nawab Marri had filed a new application for his release on bail. The learned court headed by special judge Mohammad Akbar Khan Achakzai after hearing the arguments from both sides reserved the judgment few days' back. It may be recalled here that around half a dozen bail applications of veteran national leader had been rejected from different courts so far. The learned court adjourned the hearing of murder case of Justice Mohammad Nawaz Marri and kidnapping of Afghan Commander till April 21. Dawn : Monday 9 April 2001
