"The gas well No 47 caught fire after the explosion," a senior PPL official confirmed to this correspondent on telephone from Sui Township. He said the engineers immediately cut off the pipeline to control the blaze.

Every time when the people of Balochistan have asked for their equal rights and due share in development. The might of the Pakistani Punjabi Army has been unleashed to subdue and crush any Baloch Nationalist sentiment, which might pose a threat to the Punjab’s exploitation of Balochistan.

These series of rocket attacks on Frontier Corps (FC) and militia posts are evidence of the local people of Balochistan have been driven to the brink, having been left with no other option except to fight to defend their lives, their rights. 23.8.2002

The unrest in Marri area and rest of Balochistan is due to the exploitative nature of Punjabi Pakistan. Resulting in inequality and injustice done to the Baloch people by the Punjabi army and the establishment for the last 54 years.

After trying for many years to get social, political and economical equality in Pakistan but continuously being denied these basic rights.
Now the nationalist elements have been forced to take up arms and fight their rights.

As long as Punjabi Pakistan dose not address these matters seriously and don’t solve them, the grievances of the local population of Balochistan is going to grow and the conflict is going to grow, which can result in disintegration of Pakistan.
