Press conference of Abdul Ghaffor Kansi SSP Quetta 

Abdul Ghaffor Kansi senior superintendent of Police Quetta recently resigned from police force in protest against the growing cruelties unjust actions use of excessive force and tortures of the Baloch and Pushtoon under the shadow of I.G. Police Balochistan Dr, Shoaeeb Suddle. “IG of Police, Balochistan is befooling people by fabricated dramas” says Abdul Ghaffor Kansi ex-SSP Quetta Balochistan.

Abdul Ghaffor Kansi ex-SSP Quetta in his Press conference said that the Inspector General of Police, Balochistan fabricated so-called recoveries of arms and ammunitions. “ I am a tribal man and will not brook insult without rhyme or reason.”  It is an ill luck of Balochistan that thieves, criminals and liars are made officers and sent to Balochistan, the S.S.P said. He said that last year, the recovery of arms in Quetta was the fabricated drama of the Inspector General Police in question. “The 4^Th July incident of Quetta happened as a result of negligence, carelessness and being not being conversant with the problems here on the part of this highest police Officer” He maintained.

He claimed, “It is incomprehensible that all sincere Baloch and Pushtoon Police officers had been suspended but the said Inspector General remained unscathed and kept intact”. He vehemently criticized the individual character of the I.G. and blamed him for fraudulent policies. He stated innocent people are being arrested and put to torture. He ruthlessly uses third degree methods against the innocent people and criminals indiscriminately with the backing of the federal Government.

He reminded, “I.G. Police Balochistan Dr, Shoaeeb Suddle is the very person who was involved in the murder of late Mir Murtaza Bhutto and all the extra judicial killings in Karachi during the 1990’s”. Assap: 21^St July 2003
